Free Shipping is standard delivery for orders over $150 in Australia only.
Express shipping is available at an extra cost to be selected at checkout.

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing an incorrect address.
Once your parcels have left Haute on High they are property of the courier company or Australia Post. Haute on High is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. However we will do all we can to track your parcel for you. Please contact us when you place your order if you wish to purchase additional signature on delivery or insurance.
We will always endeavor to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note orders will only be sent on our business days (Tuesday-Friday)
If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you be email as soon as possible of the choice for the next delivery date or a refund.
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address so please ensure all information is correct.
We offer international postage options you can select at checkout.
We do not ship to international PO boxes.
International Economy: $40 AUD. Delivery estimate: Up to 8 business days. Including signature on delivery. Not including tracking.
International Express: $56 AUD. Delivery estimate: Up to 4 business days. Including signature on delivery and tracking.
International customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Haute on High are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase of any full priced item, please follow the following returns procedure.

You may exchange your purchase for a store credit or another item if:
· You return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase;
· The item is new, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition;
· All original labels and swing tags must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
· You provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Our returns policy does not apply under any circumstances to purchases of the following items: earrings, cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear or sale or discounted items – including apparel.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.
Before your purchases are sent to you we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. If you receive faulty or damaged goods please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if you receive a garment with a minor fault we have the right to repair the product and send it back to you. If we deem the fault irrepairable we will send you a replacement product. However if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item we will refund you in full in the same form of payment the order was purchased.
We reserve the right to evaluate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. Please note: that items which have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Customers should be aware that when purchasing garments with beading, sequins or embellishments, these could, from time to time fall off. However, this does not mean your item is faulty. The onus is on the customer to care for the product after it has been purchased, given that some fabrics may require extra care including lace, satin, chiffon, netting, embroidery and beading.
Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization by Haute on High.
Please take care when sending items back to us to the correct address and include tracking.
Lost items in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit on lost parcels.
If making an exchange please supply a prepaid postbag with the return, alternatively we will request payment for the new postage cost, or the cost of returning items to you will be deducted from your credit.
Store credit is valid for 6 months only from date of original purchase, for in stock purchases only (not valid for special orders).
All purchases placed with store credit are final.
IN STORE LAY BYS:
Lay-bys are available in store with a maximum 4 week term. A minimum deposit of 30% is required.
Lay-bys may be cancelled by the purchaser however deposits are non-refundable. Items remain property of Haute on High until paid for in full. Lay-by items can not be returned after lay-by has been finalized and collected. Failure to complete payments in the 4 week period makes the goods and deposit liable for forfeiture as a termination fee in accordance with Australian consumer laws. Or we offer a 6 month store credit to the value of your deposit.
